Mix CS699 Specked Base with any Color Concentrate or Color Stroke and you have a color with specks.
No need to purchase a color with and without specks.
Add this specked base and create your own and the quantity you need.
The recommended mix is 50/50. We have added it to the apple on the plate and the leaves on the teapot. Have fun!
DO NOT use this as a glaze. It has an opacifier in it and it will be milky over color.
Only mix with colors for design work.
