One or more colors of crystals can be added to a base glaze for exciting results.  Each piece of pottery is one-of-a-kind, never to be duplicated.  Apply the crystals by placing them where desired on the piece while the glaze is still wet.  When fired, the crystals flow into the base glaze.  These crystals are recommended to be used with glazes that mature at Cone 06-05, although they can be used at any temperature.  They are not recommended for surfaces that come into contact with food or drink.  1-ounce jars.  All crystals fire to a gloss finish. All colors are lead-free and AP Non-Toxic.

One or more colors of crystals can be added to any glaze base for exciting color combinations and results.  This makes each piece you do a one-of-a-kind project.  You can apply in 2 different ways, either sprinkle on while your last coat is wet, or when applying the last coat of glaze you can dip your brush into the crystals and using a cross-hatched motion apply your last coat of glaze.  When fired the crystals flow into the base glaze.

  • Recommended firing is cone 05-06.  They can be used at any temperature.  Testing is recommended.
  • Lead-Free!
  • Fire to a gloss finish.
